We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a Front Office Group within a Department of Defense setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex Air Force programs and delivering large-scale DoD projects. The Program Manager will oversee a range of projects, ensure effective coordination across multiple stakeholders, and align program objectives with strategic goals.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Management) required. Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s in Program Management or Engineering) is highly preferred.
Direct experience supporting Air Force programs and familiarity with Air Force-specific processes, requirements, and stakeholders.
Proficiency with program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Earned Value Management Systems).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior military officials, government personnel, and contractors.
Ability to identify complex program issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure program success.
The annual salary range: $170k - $184k. Salary is dependent upon role, responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications including education/training and key skills.
