SimVentions is seeking a System Administrator to develop and implement Windows- and Linux-based engineering solutions within a government software hosting facility. This full-time, on-site role requires at the NAVAIR base in PAX River, MD, with security clearances as outlined.

The position emphasizes RMF/STIG/ACAS experience, certification in Windows or Linux, and hands-on management of physical and virtual infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience performing many listed responsibilities.
• Experience with RMF compliance including STIG and ACAS scanning.
• Certification in Windows or Linux environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering solutions for government hosting facility challenges.
• Deploy and maintain hardware and virtual infrastructure including VMs and containers.
• Perform maintenance and configuration changes on hosts and IT equipment.
