Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking an IT Administrator / Financial System Administrator to support the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Nellis AFB. You will serve as the sole on-site IT professional, balancing hands-on computer systems support with managing specialized financial applications.

Ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in DoD cybersecurity, AFNETOPS, and defense hardware lifecycle management.

Qualifications

US citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required.
Experience installing, configuring, and patching workstations, printers, and peripherals under AFNETOPS guidelines.
Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting financial/enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

Workstation & Hardware Support: set up, move, upgrade, or patch 50–65 PCs weekly; use Air Force Standard Desktop Configuration and patch updates.
Financial Applications Administration: install, maintain, and upgrade DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, and ADVANA; provide rapid same-day support.
Communications & Media Systems: manage unit telecommunications and VTC/conference room equipment; support telephony.
IT Inventory, Training & Reporting: act as IT Asset Manager; train staff on MS Office, Windows, Power BI, and telework tools; write monthly status reports on procurement and tech refresh cycles.
