Job summary

Rivet Operations Company seeks an IT Administrator / Financial System Administrator to support Moody AFB in Valdosta, GA. You will ensure uninterrupted daily financial operations, install and configure hardware/software, and maintain critical financial apps within AFNETOPS guidelines.

Required are US citizenship, ability to obtain Secret clearance, and CompTIA Security+ or equivalent. You will coordinate with HQ ACC FMF, DMCs, ESD, and local staff while supporting Air Force financial

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required.
Experience installing, configuring, and patching workstations, printers, and peripherals under AFNETOPS guidelines.
Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting financial/enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

Set up, move, upgrade, or patch 50–65 PCs and peripherals weekly.
Install and maintain staff workstations using Air Force standards and patch updates.
Build configuration groups for legacy systems like KOFAX, DTS, and PIEE.
Install, maintain, and upgrade essential financial software (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
Oversee telecommunications and VTC, including VoIP and conference room equipment.
