Rivet Operations Company is seeking an IT Administrator / Financial System Administrator to support the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Joint Base Langley Eustis. The role combines hands-on computer systems support with administration of core financial applications and DoD cybersecurity standards.

You will be the sole on-site IT professional, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, managing hardware lifecycle, and providing timely user support.

Formación

• Active CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Experience installing, configuring, and patching workstations, printers, and peripherals under AFNETOPS guidelines.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting financial/enterprise applications.
• Proficient with MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Workstation & Hardware Support: setup, move, upgrade, patch 50–65 PCs weekly.
• Financial Applications Administration: install, maintain & upgrade DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA with rapid response times.
• Communications & Media Systems: manage unit telecoms, iPhones, VoIP, and VTC systems.
• IT Inventory, Training & Reporting: act as IT Asset Manager per AFMAN 17-1203; provide MS Office/Power BI training; write monthly status reports.
