Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics with 15+ years DoD/DoD contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics with 10+ years DoD/DoD contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation with obligations and forecast expenditures.
• Prepare and present briefings on acquisition program information and financial analyses.
• Reconcile accounting data and prepare program reviews and status reports.
• Perform PMA analysis and manage full range of budgeting and execution tasks.
• Support planning of acquisition strategies and program baselines (PMBs).
• Research funds reconciliation using data from government systems (e.g., Wide Area Workflow, DTS, FMSuite).
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis; coordinate audits.
• Assist in contract reconciliation and closeout; interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines.
