Job summary

ENGINEERING SERVICES NETWORK (ESN) in Washington, DC, seeks a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard, supporting DoD budgeting and financial management for Navy programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with project work scheduling and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial assistance to identify and resolve Unliquidated Obligations and Outstanding Commitments affecting funding reconciliation.
• Liaison with NAVSEA 05 and other program offices to monitor obligation status.
• Assist NAVSEA 05 with Program Budget and Execution (PPBE) planning and allocation decisions.
• Respond to inquiries from NAVSEA 00, OPNAV and FMB.
• Prepare and compile responses for mid-year exhibits and PSD data updates.
• Support three budget cycles for NAVSEA 05 appropriations and related programs.
