Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC (SSE) supports military installations and federal agencies nationwide and seeks a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to support the 647 Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The role focuses on day-to-day financial mgmt, budget execution, and funding reconciliation.

Key tasks include managing SFDs/NSFDs in NexGen IT, monitoring spend plans, preparing budget reviews, and supporting DEAMS invoicing while ensuring audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent from a US-accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience, including military facility/infrastructure exposure.
• Experience with budgeting, funding documents, and financial management in a military environment.
• Ability to analyze financial data, reconcile transactions, and communicate budget status clearly.
• Strong written/verbal communication and audit-ready documentation.
• Must pass Tier 1 background check and CAC access.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and reconcile SFDs/NSFDs in NexGen IT to mirror DEAMS.
• Monitor spend plan, track PECs, and support 80/20 targets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly budget execution reviews and funding status.
• Assist with monthly Reimbursable Invoices and Reimbursable Reports in DEAMS.
• Review shop labor rates and validate cost data and variances.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineering to resolve funding discrepancies.
