Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks a Financial System Administrator to provide on-site administration and financial-systems support at Moody AFB, GA. You will manage workstations, financial applications, and SharePoint/Portal content while coordinating with the Comptroller Squadron and other authorities.

Ideal candidates have IA experience, Security+ CE, and familiarity with ABSS/DEAMS/DTS/IAPS; strong MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 lb as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of IA technology experience.
• IA Technician (IAT) Level I Security+ CE certification required.
• Experience with financial applications ABSS, DEAMS, DTS, IAPS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and Teams.
• Pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations.
• Apply patches and configuration changes for security.
• Serve as IAO for Comptroller Units; coordinate with guards and desks.
• Identify network issues and report to help desk.
• Advise management on Air Force procurement channels.
• Administer Portal and SharePoint content; maintain inventories.
• Install and troubleshoot ABSS, DEAMS, DTS, IAPS.
• Develop continuity procedures for financial applications.
• Collaborate with ACC FSAs and other units.
