VISTA Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Finance & Budget Analyst to support NAVWAR with financial management, budget planning, and execution.

This full-time hybrid role requires onsite work two days a week in Arlington, VA. You will support PPBE for programs, prepare POM exhibits using N-ERP/PBIS, and track budgets with burn rate and trend analyses, coordinating with field activities for timely obligation posting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years Navy program office financial management, PPBE, and POM experience.
• 5+ years budgeting, funding execution, and financial analysis.
• DoD government client-facing experience.
• Experience with N-ERP, PBIS, COBRA, and NEPS.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Provide financial management, budget planning and execution support to NAVWAR BFM team.
• Support PPBE process for programs.
• Prepare POM budget exhibits using N-ERP and PBIS for budget submissions.
• Assist with tracking annual budgets, burn rate analysis and trend analysis.
• Coordinate with field activities to ensure accurate obligation posting.
• Prepare TPS and OPP updates throughout the fiscal year.
• Provide funding documents and weekly/monthly financial data against spend plans.
• Develop knowledge of DoD 5000 processes and recommend improvements.
