Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Faculty Development Lead to design and oversee the MISTC Faculty and Instructor Development Program.

You will ensure instructors are appropriately qualified and certified, maintaining robust IDPs and certification processes across multiple sites. You will collaborate with site leads and curriculum teams, applying MCISD/SATE principles and industry best practices to grow instructor capability and program impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
Completion of a Military Formal Curriculum Developer or Instructor Course required.
Certification in Instructional Systems Design or Training Program Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee the MISTC Faculty and Instructor Development Program across all MISTC sites.
Ensure instructors are qualified, certified, and developed per MCISD, SATE, and MSTP standards.
Develop and maintain Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and certification assessments.
Maintain qualification tracking and instructor development materials.
Lead monthly QA reviews and update the Instructor Qualification Database.
Coordinate semi-annual IDP reviews and certification boards with Site Leads.
Produce quarterly Faculty Development Reports and conduct instructor workshops.
Align training programs with C2 doctrine, technology, and instructional best practices.
