Job summary

RTX is seeking a Facilities Project Manager (Manager, Facilities) to lead construction programs and coordinate with BU clients and leadership. You’ll drive plans, correct variances, and manage resources across the market to meet project goals.

You will ensure governance, develop action plans, and oversee internal and external project personnel. This is an onsite US-based role in Andover, MA with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years' experience in facilities or real estate development and construction programs.
• 5+ years' procurement/contracting experience across project phases.
• 3+ years' experience with client requirements in manufacturing spaces.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of construction project management including scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management.
• Lead project engagements from initiation through execution using a 3-phase approach.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Oversee contract procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout.
• Prepare accurate reports for BU client and Facilities Delivery team.
