Job summary

Bailey Information Technology provides specialized IT services at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The Program Manager will lead battalion-level programs and coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to support administrative, logistical, and training functions.

The role requires prior DoD or military project management experience, strong briefing skills, and on-site work with a SECRET (active) clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior program or project management experience within a military or DoD headquarters environment.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and briefing skills across multiple stakeholders.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management training is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project or equivalent).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage battalion-level programs and initiatives supporting administrative, logistical, and training functions.
• Coordinate program schedules, resources, and deliverables across staff sections.
• Prepare program status reports and briefings for leadership.
• Identify and resolve programmatic risks and issues.
• Support training and readiness-program coordination.
