Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks an Expungement Processor to administer the DAF expungement program and ensure compliant processing of requests.

You will work with AFCJIC leadership to support policy development, compliance oversight, and formal responses to inquiries. The role requires knowledge of criminal justice terminology, strong attention to detail, and a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with preferred qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree and several years of records management

Qualifications

• Knowledge of common criminal justice system terminology and processes.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Administers the expungement, challenge, and corrections program for DAF indexing records.
• Develops and updates AFCJIC policy, guidance, and procedures for expungement requests.
• Reviews and revises DAF policy with AFCJIC Policy Manager.
• Advices on DoW and other DAF policy related to expungements and corrections.
• Coordinates with Audit Program Manager on compliance and reporting.
• Responds to Congressional, FOIA, Agency Release, DoW, and DAF inquiries on expungement programs.
• Ensures expungement review results are communicated to requestors within timelines.
• Oversees processing of corrective notices to agencies holding indexing records.
