Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• 6+ years of Department of Defense (DOD) design experience.
• Minimum of 5 projects as DOR/EOR.
• Knowledge of UPC, IPC, IMC, NFPA, ASHRAE & IBC.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Texas PE license or eligible to obtain within 12 months.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical design in MEP projects with coordination across disciplines and clients.
• Attend client meetings and represent MEP interests.
• Design of systems in buildings, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural teams.
• Assist in determining and developing project scope.
• Assist in field data collection, including directing subconsultants.
• Design mechanical systems and related controls.
• Prepare cost estimates, specifications and design analyses.
