Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in executive-level office management within a DoD environment.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or previously held clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Executive Director’s daily workflow and prioritize deliverables.
• Coordinate efforts with SES and military staff.
• Oversee office operations including scheduling and logistical planning.
• Draft and review sensitive executive correspondence.
• Track and facilitate action item closure.
• Maintain professional relationships and report synthesis.
