Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. in Lititz, PA seeks an Electrical Engineer II to serve as the primary technical point of contact for a full range of US DoD products, systems, and services.

You will lead design, prototyping, test, and transition to production on complex analog, digital, and RF hardware. Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, test plan development, CCA layout, and design reviews while mentoring test staff and interfacing with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years design experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Experience with military-grade product design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across PM, procurement, manufacturing, QA, and contracts.
• Develop test plans, fixtures, and procedures for complex CCAs and electrical systems.
• Design analog/digital circuits, perform simulations, and verify requirements.
• Review and approve ECPs/RFVs and support customer and supplier interactions.
