Job summary

Leidos is seeking a proven cybersecurity services leader to serve as the proposed Program Manager for the Missile Defense Agency cybersecurity services contract. You will support the capture effort and, upon award, assume overall responsibility for leading the program, interfacing with MDA leadership and directing all technical, operational, financial, contractual, and workforce activities.

This role requires an experienced leader with a strong background delivering enterprise cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15+ years of progressively responsible experience leading complex DoD or Federal programs.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience managing enterprise cybersecurity services programs.
• Experience leading large cybersecurity operations supporting DoD or Federal Government.
• Experience managing a large budget for their program.
• Supervisory experience leading and managing large, geographically dispersed technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the proposed Contract Program Manager throughout capture and proposal activities and, upon award, assume overall responsibility for contract execution.
• Act as the primary interface between Leidos and the Government for all programmatic, contractual, operational, and technical matters.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team delivering enterprise cybersecurity services.
• Direct execution of CSSP operations, DCO, incident response, vulnerability management, cyber analytics, digital forensics, threat hunting, RMF support, compliance, and related services.
• Manage program financial performance, staffing, subcontractors, schedule, quality, risk, and contract compliance.
• Lead contract transition activities, ensuring operational readiness and continuity of operations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with MDA leadership, Contracting Officers, CORs, and other Government stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level program reviews, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous process improvement and workforce development across the program.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and future business growth.
