Job summary

All Native Group seeks a Cybersecurity RMF Lead to manage security authorization for a cloud-hosted platform. Responsibilities include RMF/ATO for DoD systems, CUI protection, continuous monitoring, and incident reporting.

The role requires 7+ years of DoD cybersecurity experience, 3+ years leading RMF/ATO packages (eMASS), and hands-on Azure Government familiarity. On-site travel to Fort Campbell, KY may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of DoD cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years leading RMF/ATO packages (eMASS) through authorization.
• Authored ATO packages that were granted.
• Working knowledge of Azure Government or equivalent cloud security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the security authorization package (SSP, POA&M and control evidence).
• Implement identity, access and data controls across systems.
• Define OT segmentation for sensors, gateways and building controllers.
• Lead vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and incident reporting.
• Maintain NIST SP 800-171 evidence and support CMMC assessments.
• Deliver security awareness content for technicians and admins.
• Review audit logs and security alerts; investigate anomalies.
• Perform security impact analysis on proposed changes.
