KBR seeks a Senior RMF Policy Analyst to lead RMF governance and A&A efforts within a DoD environment. You will develop and maintain RMF policies, SOPs, and training, coordinating with technical and program teams to improve compliance and automate workflows.

Ideal candidates have extensive RMF experience, DoD cybersecurity knowledge, and strong leadership to advise on policy and process improvements in a complex mission environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15 years of equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Ten years in engineering, systems analysis, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Five years in cybersecurity projects and RMF DoD processes.
• Experience developing RMF documentation and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Review and update A&A Process SOPs to Government-approved practices.
• Update certification/testing models to reflect best IT/security practices.
• Automate processes for risk assessments and map to SharePoint workflows.
• Serve as primary POC for cybersecurity SOP development and maintenance.
• Provide SME on DoD and DHA A&A requirements.
• Ensure accuracy via QA plans and change control on SOP content.
• Maintain RMF/DIACAP templates and related deliverables.
• Create and maintain training materials for Government approval.
• Advise users on security tools and training; participate in Tiger Team meetings.
• Understand eMASS functionality and respond to technical questions.

Formation
