ECS Federal LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Contract Specialist to support DoD R&D programs. You will prepare and negotiate terms for FAR Part 35 contracts and Other Transactions, ensuring full compliance across regulations and policies.

The role involves analyzing costs, drafting modifications, and maintaining contract files in accordance with FAR/DFARS. It is a full-time, hybrid position with 2–3 days on-site, offering exposure to national security projects and a collaborative work

Competenze

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of government procurement experience including cost proposals, contract negotiations, and contract administration.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage terms and conditions for DoD FAR Part 35 contracts and Other Transactions.
• Assist in negotiation and finalization of contracts with compliance to regulations.
