Job summary

ISI Professional Services seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide Owner's Representative construction management services to a DoD client. You will support multiple projects, lead analysis, and coordinate with government and contractor teams on-site in Arlington, VA.

The role requires a strong background in construction management, the ability to manage schedules and budgets, and a commitment to clear communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management with 3+ years of construction experience, or 10+ years if no relevant degree.
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (HSPD-12 background check)
• On-site work at Arlington, VA

Responsibilities

• Supports a senior PM in day-to-day management of 1–2 ongoing construction projects ($1M–$10M each).
• Assists Government with site evaluations, field surveys, and pre-bid activities.
• Supports development of technical requirements, scopes of work, cost estimates for A/E services.
• Maintains construction administration data in Excel and project tracking tools.
• Prepares project status briefings and reports for Government leadership.
