Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an Onsite Program Manager in Arlington, VA to lead IT support services for DEFENSE DISA ITS/DMM. You will oversee contract staff, manage schedules, risks, and deliverables, and coordinate with Government stakeholders and contractors to ensure mission-critical operations.

The role requires 3+ years of software project management in a DoD environment, strong reporting and communication skills, and hands-on leadership of Tier I-III support and cyber compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software project management experience in a DoD IT environment.
• Experience managing IT support personnel and delivering technical services.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite program management for ITS/DMM support efforts at the Pentagon and NCR.
• Oversee staffing, schedules, risks, issues, and contract deliverables.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with DISA J6, WHS/FSD, and contractor stakeholders.
• Supervise Tier I–III IT support personnel and ensure cyber compliance.
