Job summary
RQ Construction is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer/Design Project Manager to join our Jacksonville, FL team. The role leads structural design development for large-scale commercial, federal, and industrial projects, with a focus on delivering DoD programs.
You will manage all phases from concept through project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and help drive integrated project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- MS degree in Structural Engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 15+ years of structural engineering/design experience.
- DoD project management experience preferred.
- Travel to jobsites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of structural design development from concept through delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders for integrated delivery.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and industrial construction standards.
- Collaborate across disciplines to support multi-project execution.
