Qualifications

• Ten or more years combined experience in commercial construction as Superintendent, QC Manager, or similar.
• Two years' experience as a QC Manager required.
• Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement project-specific quality control program.
• Execute performance according to contract requirements.
• Complete administrative documentation on time.
