Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, engineering, environmental services, government contracting, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers and project teams to support projects from planning and design through construction and closeout
• Keep projects organized by tracking schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and important deadlines
• Work with clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, and government stakeholders to keep communication flowing
• Help prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting materials, correspondence, and other project deliverables
• Coordinate project meetings, capture key decisions and action items, and follow up to ensure completion
• Track RFIs, submittals, change requests, deliverables, and other project documentation
• Assist with monitoring project budgets, invoices, commitments, and other project financial information
• Maintain accurate and well-organized project files and records
• Identify potential schedule, coordination, or documentation issues early and address them
• Gather information, analyze project data, and turn it into useful reports and updates
• Support project closeout and ensure documentation and deliverables are in place
• Assist with proposals and business development initiatives as needed
• Look for smarter, more efficient ways to organize information and support project delivery
