• DoD project experience required.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets and client communications.
• Experience with pre-construction and proposal development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish project goals, procedures and performance benchmarks based on specifications and policy.
• Develop schedules, budgets and execution plans to ensure quality outcomes.
• Serve as primary client contact and align communications with project objectives.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and proposal teams to develop proposals and revisions.
• Plan staffing and assist with project staffing through hiring practices.
• Ensure delivery meets schedule, budget and performance expectations.
• Manage financial aspects including tracking and forecasting to maintain client relationships.
• Procure materials and equipment within approved limits.
• Travel to project sites and provide onsite support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
