Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support the Director of Construction Operations and multiple Project Managers in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key link between Construction Operations, Operations Support, Pre-Construction, and Project Controls.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting construction projects or project coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process construction submittals through all project phases.
• Prepare pre-construction documentation and contract deliverables.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement and vendor communications.
• Review scopes of work for completeness and consistency.
• Maintain project data; update tracking logs and reports.
• Prepare spreadsheets and project documentation.
• Coordinate security badging for government installations.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and projects.
• Occasionally visit sites to support pre-construction efforts.
