Job summary

A leading engineering construction firm in Napa, CA, seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects. The role involves planning, coordination, and financial management of projects for the Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or construction management and at least 10 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Primavera software are essential. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager.
• Experience with federal construction contracts and DoD projects preferred.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of construction projects.
• Prepare project schedule and budget, negotiate with subcontractors.
• Generate change orders, monitor job costs, and coordinate shop work orders.
