Job summary
A leading engineering construction firm in Napa, CA, seeks a Project Manager to oversee construction projects. The role involves planning, coordination, and financial management of projects for the Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or construction management and at least 10 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Primavera software are essential. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of construction experience as a Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager.
Experience with federal construction contracts and DoD projects preferred.
Must be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of construction projects.
Prepare project schedule and budget, negotiate with subcontractors.
Generate change orders, monitor job costs, and coordinate shop work orders.
