Job summary

You will work in a DoD-focused environment evaluating cloud-native services, implementing IaC, DevSecOps practices, and secure architectures using Azure and AWS. Candidates must reside within 70 miles of Redstone Arsenal and hold a DoD-aligned certification such as Security+.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570/8140 aligned certification such as CompTIA Security+ is required.
• Cloud expertise in Microsoft Azure with additional AWS experience.
• Knowledge of DoD guidance: RMF, SCCA, and related governance.
• Hands-on Linux/Windows admin with AD, STIG remediation experience.
• Experience with IaC and cloud-native deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate cloud strategy using DoD-approved providers for IaaS, PaaS, DaaS and SaaS.
• Define and engineer solution capabilities meeting business drivers.
• Act as Cloud SME for technical decisions in client engagements.
• Perform architecture and requirements analysis focusing on cloud-native services.
• Develop deployment automation using scripts and cloud-native tools.
• Utilize IaC to sustain a DevSecOps environment with CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce clear program-level documentation and as-built artifacts.
