Job summary
SMX is seeking an Azure DevSecOps Engineer to design and implement secure, scalable Azure-based cloud solutions supporting USAF mission-critical systems. You will onboard accounts, patch security, build CI/CD pipelines, and support deployments across classified and unclassified environments.
The role requires DoD experience, active Secret clearance, and DoD 8570 certs. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, apply DevSecOps practices, and help shape the strategic cloud vision for
Qualifications
- 8+ years of industry experience with a degree as stated.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- DoD 8570 compliant CompTia Sec+ certification.
- Experience automating builds, tests, and deployments across environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and optimize secure IL2-IL6 Azure cloud solutions.
- Lead cloud migration strategies and establish environments across networks.
- Implement automation for provisioning, configuration, security, and monitoring.
- Support integration of cloud services with analytics tools.
