Strong customer service, an active DoD Secret clearance, and a high school diploma are required. The role supports a safe, compliant site with team-oriented security operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a front desk within an aerospace/defense site.
• Manage visitor access: greet, verify IDs, issue credentials, log entries.
• Monitor access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and equipment.
• Respond calmly to incidents following emergency procedures.
• Support lobby operations: answer calls, direct visitors, log security concerns.
