Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard in Minneapolis, MN with an active DoD Secret Clearance. This part-time role offers evening shifts, including Thursday and Friday nights, with a starting pay of $26.01 per hour.

You will perform unarmed patrols, enforce site policies, assist with access control, and deliver strong customer service in a defense-oriented environment. Responsibilities include responding to incidents, maintaining logs, and coordinating with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: valid driver’s license in state, DoD Secret Clearance, customer service experience preferred, access control and badge experience preferred, comfortable using a computer/tablet, age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at aerospace/defense site.
• Respond to incidents and alarms per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access-control concerns and report security incidents per procedures.
• Complete logs, patrol records, and incident reports with professionalism.
