Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Clearance Required - Unarmed in the United States. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and pays $25.42 hourly on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include patrolling, visitor control, and responding to alarms. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or 5 years verifiable experience) and DoD clearance, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years verified experience.
• DoD security clearance required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• 3+ years security experience on a DoD-cleared site or prior military service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Moderate computer skills for wireless client systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism
• Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure protection of people and assets
• Greet guests and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry/exit points
• Follow site-specific manuals and post orders; report safety concerns or security incidents
• Respond to and assess security alarms or emergencies as needed
• Act as first responder in emergency situations
