Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access-control concerns and report safety issues per site procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports with professional communication.
