Job summary

OSAAVA Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to support mission system delivery at NASIC, Wright-Patterson AFB. You will lead secure cloud modernization and system integration within classified environments, guiding cross-functional teams and DevSecOps pipelines to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Applicants must have active Top Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and 5+ years managing technical programs in cleared settings, with strong Agile leadership and DoD

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience managing technical or IT programs in cleared or classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery supporting mission systems within classified cloud environments
• Manage project scope, schedule, risk, and cost across cross-functional engineering and technical teams
• Coordinate system integration across mission platforms, enterprise systems, and secure data environments
• Support secure cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives aligned with DoD objectives
• Interface with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to ensure mission alignment
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF and STIG implementations
• Support DevSecOps-enabled development lifecycles and modern software delivery practices
• Drive Agile program execution while maintaining operational security and compliance requirements
• Track program milestones, risks, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
