Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Program Manager B-2 for the Wright-Patterson AFB area to lead modernization, test, production, fielding, and sustainment of critical aerospace capabilities.

You will coordinate across engineering, logistics, contracting, and financial teams, manage risks, track milestones, and support strategy development for several concurrent programs in a national security context.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years in DoD-like program management.
• Experience leading acquisition programs and IPTs.
• Knowledge of program scheduling and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition programs from planning to fielding and sustainment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and IPTs to meet milestones.
• Support risk management, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Prepare briefings and staff packages for milestone decisions.
• Contribute to testing, logistics, and integration activities as needed.
