RTX is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in El Segundo, CA, requiring active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. The role emphasizes leadership, manufacturing/operations experience, and strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, project management, scheduling, and driving Lean improvements while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to CORE processes. The position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing/Operations experience is required
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
