Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify ID, issue credentials, and log visitors.
• Monitor access points and security systems; report anomalies and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Assist with administrative and customer-service tasks, including phones and deliveries.
