Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense business location while carrying out site-specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
