What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Staff the front desk and reception area, greet visitors professionally, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor access points, communications, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Assist with administrative and customer-service duties, including directing visitors, answering phones, receiving deliveries, and providing information consistent with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
