Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Analyst for classified programs in a hybrid U.S.-based role. You will partner with program and functional teams, supporting CPAS-supplied environments and performing ad hoc reporting to enable program decisions.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree (or higher) and at least 3–5 years of relevant experience. Expect travel to sites and engagement across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (DoD Secret).
• Experience with DoD financial processes and the listed tools (EVM, IPMDAR, IPMR).

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer contact for program and functional finance teams on classified programs.
• Test and implement CPAS-provided solutions and environments; provide feedback.
• Support cross-functional initiatives including DT, Pro-Start, EVM, and program controls.
