Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience working on-site at USG buildings providing custodial services.
• Experience using cleaning equipment to ensure offices, conference rooms, restrooms are cleaned and maintained.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Time Management & Organization: Completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, kitchens, common areas and restrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies.
• Report major damages and oversee repairs.
• Properly handle chemicals and maintain safety standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
