Government. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in AV/VTC settings and is skilled in providing technical support during high-visibility events.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional AV/VTC or related technical support experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting AV/VTC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AV/VTC systems.
• Provide technical support during video conferences and presentations.
• Perform scheduled functionality checks for AV/VTC equipment.
