Job summary

Dynamo is seeking a Systems Engineering Consultant to support the ALTNAV program within PdL NAVWAR. The role focuses on development, integration, testing, configuration management, and ongoing technical management of ALTNAV capabilities throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong DoD systems engineering background, experience with requirements analysis, documentation, and technical reviews, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with government stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or systems engineering-related field with 7+ years of DoD experience.
Master's degree with 5+ years of systems engineering for DoD systems.
Active DoD security clearance preferred.
Experience with DoD acquisition programs and lifecycle activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the ALTNAV systems engineering model.
Lead technical reviews and scoring, and provide technical assessments.
Review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and perform configuration management.
Prepare engineering documentation, SEPs, risk management, and program artifacts.
Interface with government customers, vendors, and platform teams; participate in IPTs and reviews.
