Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC in Laurel, MD is seeking a Systems Engineering Consultant to support the ALTNAV program throughout the lifecycle. The role requires strong DoD systems engineering experience, configuration management, and the ability to work with government customers, vendors, and platform teams.

• Experience performing systems engineering in a DoD environment.
• Experience with requirements development, documentation, and traceability.
• Experience with configuration management and baselines.
• Experience supporting system integration, testing, validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ALTNAV systems engineering model.
• Prepare for and support engineering reviews.
• Lead TIR scoring reviews and provide technical assessments.
• Review and validate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Perform configuration management and maintain baselines.
• Collaborate with government customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support SEPs, risk management, and other program artifacts.
• Interface with external stakeholder organizations supporting ALTNAV.
