Job summary

Dynamo Technologies LLC in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Engineer to support PM PNT programs. The role involves developing test strategies, planning and executing test events, analyzing results, and presenting findings to leadership.

You will collaborate with engineers, program management, cybersecurity, and logistics staff in a DoD environment to ensure products meet performance requirements and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD test programs and systems.
• Ability to develop and execute test strategies and events.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, program managers, and government personnel.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain required security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, plans, and procedures for PM PNT and Combat Ready PNT products using system requirements and standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute classified and unclassified test events for hardware, software, subsystems, and systems.
• Coordinate resources to accomplish test objectives and ensure data collection readiness.
• Execute test procedures and evaluate system performance against requirements.
• Prepare TEMPs, test plans, TRR materials, and test reports for management review.
• Maintain test data and documentation, and track issues in TIRs and JIRA.
