Job summary

The JAAW Group LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking an AI Engineer to support the War Data Platform within secure DoD environments. You will design, deploy, and operate AI/ML capabilities, collaborating with ML, data, software, cloud, and cyber teams.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a BS in a technical field. Onsite work in Arlington, VA is expected, with a focus on secure, scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required prior to onboarding.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with AI/ML systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI/ML lifecycle services and reusable components.
• Develop infrastructure supporting training, validation, deployment, and operation of AI/ML models.
• Support model-serving platforms and efficient model inference.
• Design and implement automated AI/ML pipelines.
• Develop capabilities for model monitoring, explainability, and interpretability.
• Implement MLOps practices supporting CI/CD of models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines support AI/ML requirements.
• Develop testing frameworks and maintain technical documentation for AI/ML capabilities.
