Qualifications

• 5+ years AI/ML or data analytics experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise operational analytics preferred.
• AI/ML certifications and Cloud AI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop AI/ML use cases aligned to Government priorities.
• Analyze Help Desk trends, defect patterns, maintenance workflows.
• Ensure AI/ML activities remain operationally safe and compliant with Government requirements.
