Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent Field Program Office (ATEA FPO) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

You will assist with acquisition planning, RFP packages, and program control across SAP/SCI environments, coordinating with engineers, financial managers, and IC customers. You will be responsible for program lifecycle support, meeting prep, and documentation of action items, decisions, and directives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant DoD work experience.
• 12+ months’ experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition program management support tasks touch every aspect of the acquisition process, including technology development and integration, financial management and program control, foreign disclosure, test and deployment, configuration management, production and manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics support.
• Apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines in order to effectively assist ATEA FPO programs to deliver and sustain DoD warfighting capabilities.
• Support the development and drafting of acquisition documentation and ensure quality control.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, setup and conduct facilitation activities with host organization personnel and attending organizations personnel.
• Apply knowledge and expertise in the training, facilitation and related decision support services to offices engaging in group training sessions, collaboration efforts, working groups or integrated product, process or self-directed teams.
• Ensure agenda, attendees’ list, minutes, and resulting action items are documented for the record.
• Apply experience in public speaking and hosting/briefing to large gatherings of personnel and experience in presentation to personnel with high levels of responsibility and importance.
